Cars and Kids Charity Meet held on March 26

April is the month of the child and what better way to celebrate than with a peek at our youngest residents in the home and all the fun activities they get to engage in.

At the Cars and Kids Charity Meet held on March 26, kids got to hit a bunny piñata while parents got to check out some classic wheels.

The girls got pampered by getting their nails painted.

The kids also enjoyed an array of temporary tattoos, from pirates and Spiderman to hearts and butterflies.

Face-painting was also a popular activity.

This cutie was overjoyed to celebrate her 2nd birthday with a princess cake.

But most of all, there were lots and lots of smiles!

Did you know that families in shelters comprise 47% of persons who are homeless and over 70% of these are children? If you believe, like we do at Reynolds Home, that childhood memories should be filled with the above activities, instead of worrying with mommy about safety and shelter, please consider a donation.
